Personality & Character
Calm and sadistic. He likes to keep some of the statues and store them in his lair. Sometimes just for fun he turns hatchlings into statues in front of their parents and enjoys the sadness and anger they feel towards him.
He is extremely cruel and calculating, even for a darker. He looks for different ways to make others suffer.
Skills & abilities
Curse
If he touches anyone or anyone touches him, they will turn into a chrome statue. The only way to reverse this is to kill Seifer which is nearly impossible and if the statue has been damaged, the curse will be permanent.
Chrome Beam
He can fire a petrifying chrome colored beam that turns anything it hits into chrome.
Chrome Wall
Seifer creates a massive spiked wall that fires large chrome spikes at his opponents
Hardening
He can harden his scales for added protection against elemental attacks.
Chrome needles
He can grow spikes on his wings and shoot them at his enemies. Anyone hit by these needles will be turned into chrome statue. He can also shoot these same spikes from his tail.
Metal Manipulation
Siefer can manipulate metal in all its forms and grow things like metal spikes, blades and claws on his body on top of making large metal spikes come out the ground. He can even control metal in its semi-liquid form.

Elemental Light.

Unknown; appeared sometime after the war.
Relationships
Dagul
They both get along very well. Seifer often visits him on Dante's Freezer and Dagul shares his dark crystals with him.
